Exchanges
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are permitted.
Return Shipping
Buyers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Any loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Custom & Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom or personalized items are not eligible for refund.
If a custom item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the issue
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or exchange.
How to Start an Exchange

- Include your order number and reason for exchange
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item back as instructed
Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange.
Processing Time
Exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
