EJMJ LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of ScanForReview.com constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Custom Product Policy
All products on ScanForReview.com are custom-made, designed specifically for each client, and are uniquely tied to the client’s business. Once created, our custom QR codes and NFC tags are final and cannot be resold, repurposed, or transferred.
Changes After Purchase: Any changes to the redirection URL or other customization requests after an order has been placed may incur additional fees and are not guaranteed to be accommodated. Please review all order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
ScanForReview.com offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, custom or personalized items are not eligible for refund. If a custom item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition.
ScanForReview.com reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Exceptions: If there is a manufacturing defect with the product, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to discuss a potential resolution. EJMJ LLC reserves the right to evaluate each case individually.

All content, trademarks, logos, images, and other materials on ScanForReview.com are the intellectual property of EJMJ LLC. Clients receive ownership of the physical products they purchase (e.g., QR codes and NFC tags); however, this does not include any underlying intellectual property rights related to the website or design.
You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any proprietary materials from ScanForReview.com without prior written permission from EJMJ LLC.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
No Warranty: EJMJ LLC provides all products and services “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied. We are not liable for any disruptions in service due to third-party issues, QR code scanner compatibility, internet outages, or other factors beyond our control.
Limitations of Liability: In no event shall EJMJ LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question.
Product Responsibility: We are not responsible for damage, tampering, or misuse of QR codes or NFC tags after delivery. Clients are advised to handle these products with care to maintain functionality.

8. Governing Law
